Terms of Service

Welcome to Voice of Reason LLC ("VoR," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website (vors.ai), applications, APIs, verification tools, or any related services or content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Overview of Services

VoR provides Verification Intelligence tools that align, compare, and analyze records, operational data, and policy or regulatory requirements. The Services support organizations across multiple industries by providing advisory verification outputs. These outputs may include alignment checks, rule-based analysis, operational insights, and compliance indicators.

The Services are for informational, internal, and advisory use only.

VoR does not provide legal advice, guarantee compliance outcomes, or replace professional judgment. Users are responsible for interpreting and applying VoR outputs appropriately.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
  • Use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be a competitor using the Services to evaluate or develop competing products

3. License and Acceptable Use

VoR grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for internal operational, research, educational, or business purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, extract, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the Services
  • Use the Services to build or train competing technologies
  • Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly display any VoR content without our written permission
  • Misrepresent verification outputs as legally binding findings or determinations
  • Use the Services in ways that violate rights, laws, or ethical standards
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or data

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the VoR Platform, models, software, designs, trademarks, content, and documentation ("VoR IP") is owned by Voice of Reason LLC or its licensors.

You agree that:

  • VoR IP is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws
  • You hold no ownership interest in VoR IP
  • Feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

VoR may collect and process:

  • Operational or organizational data submitted to the platform
  • User activity and system interaction logs
  • Metadata required for analytics, feature improvement, and auditability

We do not sell personal data.

Where legally required, we may respond to valid governmental or regulatory requests for information.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Verification Intelligence uses rule-based logic, cross-referencing, and algorithmic methods. While we work to maintain accuracy, we do not warrant or guarantee:

  • Completeness, correctness, or real-time applicability of outputs
  • That the Services are error-free or uninterrupted
  • Any specific operational, legal, insurance, or compliance outcomes

Outputs are advisory only. Decisions must be made by qualified professionals.

Use the Services at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • Five hundred dollars (USD 500), or
  • The amount you paid to VoR in the twelve months preceding the claim

This limitation applies even if VoR knew or could have anticipated such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoR, its employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties

9. Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue the Services or any part of them at any time. We may also modify these Terms. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms VoR, users, partners, or the public.

Upon termination:

  • All rights granted to you end immediately
  • You must delete and stop using any VoR materials
  • Sections 4 through 12 survive termination

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Disputes will be resolved:

  • Through informal negotiation
  • If unresolved, through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under AAA rules

Arbitration will be conducted individually. Class actions are not permitted.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and VoR.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
